Additional terms and criteria for most of our rentals:
Gross monthly income must be three times greater than the rental amount.
May need to provide several years of verifiable residences
No felonies (no exceptions)
Need 2 verifiable landlords. No evictions or landlord collections
If your rental criteria is weak, you must have a reliable co-signer. The income requirement for a co-signer is six times the rent.
Reside Here runs a local and national criminal background check, eviction search, and a credit check for all residents over the age of 18.
We want you to feel at home in our rentals, and we certainly value tenants who appreciate and respect our properties. We love kids but are unable to consider pets.
Some of our apartments have 'move-in specials' such as 'Application fee Waived' as temporary offer to watch for so be sure to read details when you search our available rentals.
We also offer discounts to military, police and fire personnel.
